Throughout Philadelphia, there are 300+ playground and recreation centers along with 10,200 acres of public land. The Block Gives Back finds it vital that these playgrounds and recreation centers are up to par and used for the way they are intended to. Therefore, TBGB created the Love Thy Park Tour to bring positive action, activity, and awareness to our local playground and parks. Stopping at one park a month from May to October TBGB brings cleanings, light TLC, community outlets, and games/activities to parks all across the city.
